Location Tour
We are available to tour areas with clients who are considering buying in a location they are not totally familiar with. We can also offer a property and amenities overview in those areas to provide an objective perspective.
Detailed Property Search Brief
We work with you to produce a personal Property Search Brief, detailing your unique and specific requirements. Taking in your lifestyle and family needs, we can assist in defining which areas and property types best meet these demands. The more we know about what you are looking for the better equipped we are to execute your search.
Managed and accompanied viewings
First Steps manage and co-ordinate all viewings to accommodate your schedule. We accompany you on all viewings and advise on aspects of each property. This allows us to constantly fine tune and develop your search brief. We are always able to collect and return you to and from your accommodation and / or airport, thereby maximising your viewing time.
Engaging First Steps
If you decide to engage First Steps, we charge a fee of £300 (500euros), prior to undertaking your property search assignment.
Our search period has no time limit - we will continue to search until we find the property you want to buy.
Successful purchase
On successful purchase a further fee of £300 (500euros) is payable to First Steps. There are no other charges.
Location tour
If you are considering a location, but are not yet able or ready to commit to a purchase, First Steps will drive you on a tour of the areas of interest to you, giving advice on property types, amenities, buying process and pitfalls at £100 or €150 per day.
Should you decide to register with First Steps as a result of your location tour, we will offset this amount from the initial search fee.
